Welcome to the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program Provider Enrollment Tool. This website allows you to request registration as a new WTC Health Program provider or to confirm your status.
The WTC Health Program is a limited federal health program administered by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The Program provides medical monitoring and treatment for certified WTC-related health conditions at no out-of-pocket cost to those directly affected by the 9/11 attacks in New York, the Pentagon, and near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

Important Enrollment Information
Please note the following:
Individual/rendering providers and Group providers must register independently in the WTC Health Program.
If you recently enrolled with your local Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC), please wait 14 business days from the date you receive your local MAC ID Number before using this tool to register as a WTC Health Program provider.
If you need to enroll with your local MAC, please find and contact your local MAC through the CMS.gov Review Contractor Directory ,
then return to this tool at least 14 calendar days after the date you receive notification that you are enrolled in Medicare from your local MAC.
