DMEPOS PTAN Status
Receive an official DMEPOS Enrollment Status Letter.
To request a letter with your current enrollment status information, (similar to the letter that was first issued when you enrolled in the program) please select either Mail or Mail and Email, enter your 10-digit DMEPOS PTAN in the field provided and select Request Letter.
If Mail option is selected:
.The letter will be mailed to the correspondence address listed in PECOS within 1-2 business days.
If Mail and Email option is selected:
· The letter will be mailed to the correspondence address listed in PECOS within 1-2 business days.
· The letter will be sent to all Authorized and Delegated official email addresses listed in PECOS.
Note: This option is only available to suppliers
who have already been assigned a DMEPOS PTAN for the location
for which they are requesting the letter.
Search results are accurate for states west of the Mississippi River.
