To find the status of your request for redetermination, please enter the Internal Control Number (ICN) of the claim
in question below and click "Search Now". The ICN for the claim is located on the right side of your remittance
notice on the same line as the patient's name.
If you have submitted more than one appeal for the same claim, we will display the results from your First appeal below.
Note: Appeals data is available within 10 days from the receipt of your appeal request.
Redeterminations are completed within 60 days of receipt of the request, unless additional documentation is submitted
prior to issuance of the decision notice. In such cases, an additional 14 days may be added to process each request.
